Falling Furni
What is falling furni?Falling furni or “FF” as it is known today is one of the most common games found in the gaming section of the navigator. It is a game that challenges your reactions and generally how quickly your mind works. The game itself was not created by Habbo and is not in a public room. It was invented by the Habbos of the hotel. The original origin of the game is unknown but it is most likely to have started in the UK or the Finnish hotel as they are the oldest hotel. The winner of the game usually receives some sort of prize from the owner.
How to playThe general rulesThe idea of the game is that the owner of the room will drop chairs into an arena, and you have to compete with other players to sit down on the chair. They will keep dropping chairs until there's one Habbo left who then has to make a choice if they wish to "P2S", "Kick" or "Rev" (see diagram for info). After each round and one Habbo has either left, rev'ed or paid to stay, the game continues."It's like Musical chairs, on Habbo!"The finalThe final is, of course, between two Habbos. It isn't like the rest of the game, it's slightly different. The Habbos have to stand an even distance away from a centre in which the chair will be dropped (So both two squares away from the centre square). This means they have an even distance to run. The owner will then drop a chair, and the first to reach it wins. Some owners allow PS2, Kick and Rev in the final.
Rev'ing a revIf someone pays to get you out, you can sometimes get the 3 options yourself - to be kicked, pay to stay or to rev. It can get complicated, but the owners love it as they'll get more furni! The hotel, however does not recommend "rev", because it can lead to scamming opportunities for the owner.
SafetyAlways be careful when you play these games and make sure the owner is trustworthy. If you give them furni to stay in the game - thinking you're going to win a prize - you aren't going to get it back. Some owners will scam you, and won't give the winner a prize. Though, this is in the minority - just watch out! Have fun and stay safe! |
