ModeratorsThe Moderation Department is made up of Trialist, Junior and Senior moderators; all of these jobs have the same responsibilities albeit the more senior members of the moderation department will be responsible for the maintenance a wider scale area of the forums.Moderators are required to ensure that no-one breaks the rules, making sure they Issue warnings to prevent such things from occurring frequently. Another thing they are required to do is keep their areas of the forum organised and keeps it active and friendly. This makes it possible for the moderation department to team up with other areas such as events and Information to increase activity in their areas of forum. You will need to be a strong team player and be able to motivate forum users, along with you'll be required to use your own initiative without help from your colleagues. What qualities will help?- A Helpful Team player- Previous experience in Moderating - Adaptable to different scenarios - Enthusiasm for the job and its responsibilities - Able to not use personal matters to cloud punishments on users.

Having competitions and radio events are not required although they are recommended.
