So are we (in fact, DoeLee's already fluffed up her feather boa for the occasion) but it turns out that there's a teeny complication: the models have trashed the catwalk and now we don't have a place for a fashion show. Seems like Hans has been keeping a secret from us... Our Kitchen Inspector, Hans (don’t worry, I didn’t know that was his name until today either) seemed to fit right in from the moment he arrived at the Hotel. Aside from being a constant source of fish, he's every chef's right-hand man, critiquing ingredients from our pantries and ensuring our food hygiene standards are up to scratch. But his peaceful existence in the Catalogue has come to a screeching halt with the arrival of a thick white envelope. He came to our office this morning to tell us that he received the letter from a legal office called Dewey, Cheatem and Howe. Apparently his uncle, a Mr. F.
