You choose who designed the best room in 2009! While the 2009 Habbo Awards goes on, we wanted to add something a bit more to recognize some special Habbos. Those who participated and won the several room competitions we hosted throughout the 2009 year. We've collected 16 top rooms from previous submissions for the ultimate room competition showdown! Today, everyone who logs in and has a verified email will receive a special Xmas 09 Bauble Sticker! Also, as an extra special surprise every member of the 2009 Christmas Group will receive an exclusive badge *listens to Habbos scrambling to join*. Badges will be handed out on December 26 so please do not annoy the Mods when you don’t receive yours immediately. Finally, while you’re visiting the group why not leave a special Habbo Christmas wish in the Guest Book - next week we’ll be making some of those wishes come true ;)

Name your nominees for our year end review! Another year is done and before we start over with a new one, we want to pay some tribute to the people in this hotel that really made an impact on you in the year that passed. Take a minute, think it through, and give us your suggestions for Habbos that you think deserve this. The nomination round will last until December 29th, 9am EST. On the 30th, you will be given a chance to vote for the 5 Habbos in each category that received the most nominations. Winners will be revealed in a black-tie awards show on January 6th. But we want to hear what you think about the holiday season, and if you're getting ready to enjoy Christmas with your friends and family! Pigs have arrived at the Hotel
It seems that the local farmer has decided to send his hoard of pigs to Habbo for adoption. If you’d have told me a few months ago that we would be allowing Pigs in the Hotel, I would have given you a big 'LOL'. But now they are here. These little creatures were bound for dinner tables everywhere, that is until we made a deal with a local farmer and had them all delivered here to the Hotel to become our pets! So now we’re changing our “No Pigs Allowed” rule and these adorable Pigs will be the final pet added to the Habbo Catalog this year, joining the Bear and Terrier. What are you waiting for?
